My rental home in Highland Park, West Seattle is for rent. My last tenant was my sister who has bought a home and it will be vacant in early October 2024. I would like to rent it off-market to someone who will love it and stay a while. My neighbors on both sides are lovely people and friends. I live just 5 blocks away and it was my first home.

There is a large garage in the back of the property off the alley that I still use for storage, so it is shared space but I will give notice when I need to access it. There is always parking on the street in front of the house.
